Movie Haiku:SPLIT DECISION: Jan gives her highest rating to this story about a Senegalese village ripped apart over the issue of female circumcision. Richard thought the dichotomy between good versus bad characters was too easy. Jan vehemently disagrees. Tho village life is somewhat idealized, MOOLAADE is a rich, colorful, buoyant epic of modernization.
