5/20/06: Jan wins her second IWPA "Silver Feather" award from the Illinois Woman's Press Association. The committee decided to give Jan an "Oscar" this year instead of a plaque. Jan's spontaneous reaction? "You like me! You really like me!," she gushed, then winking at the golden boy: "Hello, Gorgeous!" |
