Movie Haiku:Fact-based drama in which the Hutu manager of an upscale Belgian hotel (Cheadle) uses all his connections, courage, and street-smarts to save Tutsi refugees, including his own wife & children, from marauding mobs & militiamen. Although providing minimal political context, film captures first-person panic & heroic determination with nail-biting intensity.
