Movie Haiku: Three sisters search for “happiness.” Joy’s the aspiring folk singer, Helen’s the famous writer, & Trish is the suburban matron. Jan thinks buried within this is a terrific film about pedophilia with an unforgettable performance by Baker, but it’s weighted down by too much bizarre stuff. Rich is more open-minded.
