Movie Haiku:Astute suburban satire packs hefty political punch. Bell’s a teenager pulled into the orbit of a school bully with drug-dealing aspirations, but the adults are all so preoccupied by their own issues that they misread the signs of escalating danger. Wickedly funny; brilliantly structured; enormous cast of “name” actors.
