Movie Haiku:"Man" (Huffman) reconciles with son (Zegers) before sex-change operation. SPLIT DECISION. Jan: I hated this! Plot’s totally ridiculous with no “true” moments. Huffman’s performance is pure Oscar-bait. If she’s nominated, I’ll scream. I kinda liked Zegers; everyone else was over-the-top. Rich: Agree about the plot, but still found Huffman’s performance very moving.
