Movie Haiku:Solid drama about an aging novelist (Langella) first baffled then ultimately aroused by the unexpected attention of a bright, beautiful, eager young graduate student (Ambrose) -- much to the dismay of his solicitious daughter (Taylor). Excellent acting nurtured by director with tact & restraint.
