Movie Haiku:Haunting evocation of immigrant life, tenderly delineating the slow steps by which Bangladeshi women (Chatterjee) makes a home for her daughters in London that''''''''s different in every way from the one she herself knew as a girl. Film soars when focus is Chatterjee, but Kaushik as husband "Chanu" is badly miscast.
