Movie Haiku:Superlative drama from Down Under. Frecheville plays a teenage innocent drawn inexorably into the web of a criminal family dominated by his manipulative grandmother (!) & her high strung sons. Pearce plays the cop trying to save this kid even while gunning down the rest of his relatives. Very violent, but Weaver''''s smile is still the scariest thing on screen!
