Movie Haiku:"Merida," a princess living in Scotland sometime in the Middle Ages, is Pixar''s first animated heroine. Voiced by Macdonald, she''s feisty & opinionated, a helluva handful for Queen Elinor (voiced by Thompson). Their relationship makes a solid core, but alas all of the males are dispensable except for Angus (Merida''s horse). Nevertheless every frame looks spectacular!
