Movie Haiku:Mea culpa about the notorious Vél d''Hiv Round Up of 1942 when French soldiers herded thousands of Jews into a Paris sports stadium awaiting deportation to Auschwitz. Laurent as nurse Annette Monod possesses an inner fortitude that appears to acurately mirror the real woman. For the most part Bosch keeps our eyes focused on the abyss without clouding them with tears.
