Movie Haiku:Well-intentioned dysfunctional family dramedy has some good moments but never finds a core. Cooke plays a novelist forced to move home when he runs out of friends with free sofas. Dad (Bostwick) & brother Marshall (Bunch) are still frozen in place, but there is a new "girl next door" (Balaban) now on hand for diversion. Not yet seen by Rich.
