Movie Haiku:Individual scenes are tedious &/or obvious, but taken together, these 3 overlapping tales from the war on drugs have a cumulative power. Huge cast of "American" & "Mexican" actors is flawless. Well-known stars appear in cameo without distracting from the whole. The ending is pure "Bedford Falls."
