Movie Haiku:Reviled in its time, VTI is now recognized as a classic of modern cinema & will soon be re-released by Criterion. None of which means it is actually a good film... Married couple from England arrives in Naples to dispose of inherited property & realizes once there they are no longer in sync. Some beautiful imagery (especially during trip to Pompeii) but a long, slow slog.
