Movie Haiku:Fascinating visual portrait of Russian-Jewish artist Ilya Kabakov & his wife/collaborator Emilia. Jan was totally unfamiliar with Kabakov's work & it's mesmerizing. Wallach tells the story of his difficult life in Russia (& the heroic sacrifices his mother made to keep him in art school) as her camera lingers over his now world-famous installations. Not yet seen by Rich.
