| | Movie Haiku: | Murmelstein was the last "Elder" to lord over Theresienstadt & the only major Jewish functionary to survive the Holocaust. Lanzmann interviewed him in 1975 but could find no "place" for him in the 566 minute runtime of SHOAH, so after sitting on these "outtakes" for decades, he is releasing another 220 minutes more. But can anything offset such despicable complicity??? |
