Movie Haiku:Poor Ginty: Her handsome Dad (Farrell) is a hopeless drunk. But somehow, after his early death, Ginty morphs into crusty "P.L. Travers" the author of MARY POPPINS (Thompson) & it takes years for Walt Disney (Hanks) to unfreeze her. Phooey!!! Another film in which a fascinating woman is robbed of her story while the audience is fed pabulum. Never to be seen by Rich.
