| Movie Haiku: | What a great hook: Start filming "Mason" (Ellar Coltrane) at age 5 and then film a few new scenes very summer until he graduates from High School at age 18. Wow! And individually many of these scenes of Mason with his family & friends are quite moving. But alas, as a whole now complete, the narrative is formulaic with little insight beyond its "Making Of" backstory. |
