| Movie Haiku: | Chastain is a highborn lady of the gentry on a downward trajectory. Farrell is a lowly manservant aiming up. He is charming; she is unhinged. Ullmann is one of the great actresses of her era, but has never found her footing as a director. So why would she even want to do another version of this misogynistic Strindberg play? I am baffled :-( NOT YET SEEN BY RICH. |
