Movie Haiku:Patrice Lumumba was the first African Prime Minister of the former Belgian Congo, quickly assassinated during a military coup. The film assumes he's a hero & a martyr, & we might well agree. But the confusing narrative makes the politics incomprehensible & "CIA? Boo! Hiss!" just isn't sufficient.
