Movie Haiku:A truly forgettable piece of fluff about a fresh-faced, corn-fed Midwestern Congresswoman (Arthur) who's "Shocked! Shocked!!!" by the corruption of post-WWII Berlin. We would never recommend it... except... Marlene Dietrich's rendition of the song BLACK MARKET is too perfect to miss. One of the greatest movie moments on film.
