Movie Haiku:Somewhat incoherent even after multiple viewings, but the parts are terrific. Two young members of the LA police force (circa 1950) come together from opposite ends of the spectrum to expose corruption @ the highest levels. Kim Basinger won a well-deserved Oscar but the real star is Rollo Tomassi.
