Movie Haiku:Slow start, & other than pitch-perfect support from James Fox, the men have some trouble warming up. But the women are terrific, & Thurman is especially compelling. Once again the Merchant Ivory team exposes the dark vicious heart buried deep within the luxurious world of Henry James’s Europe. Unforgettable ending.
