Movie Haiku:In the 1890s the British pushed for control of South Africa, & Dutch residents responded by organizing themselves as a guerilla army, thus initiating the first “dirty war” of the 20th Century. Lieutenant Morant leads his group of Australian volunteers into the heart of this moral darkness with disastrous consequences.
