Movie Haiku:Although the ending is abrupt, this is a charming little coming-of-age story about a Frenchman (Duris) who spends a year in Barcelona as a European Union exchange student. There’s lots of bonding, homesickness, & sex, of course, but more interestingly, the film also explores the unfolding dynamics of “EU identity.”
